We installed NEW windows Windows XP Pro +++ with service pack 3 !! edition, with Proper Keycode ( keycode sticker is still attached to top of unit ). – You should be able to purchase this computer case. and simply hook up your monitor, keyboard , and mouse. Then simply turn it on. It should be that easy to install. DO NOT plug in devices, while the computer is on. be safe. Turn the computer off, then hook in ANY components that you may wich to connect.
WARRANTY/RETURNS:We do offer a 14 day return policy. If your unit arrives in ” unworking ” condition. We will accept a return. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A CASE, OR CLAIM THE ITEM AS ” NOT AS DESCRIBED ” This will cause the solution to your problem to take longer .
