A power cord is included.  CPU and RAM passed a stress test. Hard drive removed. The case may be missing rubber feet and have cosmetic damage from previous use. Buyer will need to install a hard drive and an operating system. There is No COA on the case. There is no caddy or screws to mount a hard drive. See photos for additional details.
