A: Yes, we provide you with a genuine Microsoft product key and we are an authorized Microsoft installer.

Q: My computer is not working, what do I do?

Q: How can I reset my computer back to factory or the way you had it?

A: Simple — press F8 before Windows 10 starts. You can also call our techs to walk you through it.

Q: I want to return my computer, what do I do?

A: First, check if it is past 30 days. Second, request a return by going to your purchase history and third, send it back to us at the address indicated. If there is an issue with the product please contact us before going for a return — we will try our best to resolve the issue right away.

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?

A: No, we do not charge any restocking fee on returns.
