Payment policy

• Payments must be received by KC Tech Supply LLC within 96 hours of the sale date, unless special arrangements are approved by seller.

• KC Tech Supply LLC only accepts payments for confirmed addresses.

• An unpaid item case will be opened if payment is not received within this 96-hour time period.

Shipping policy

• KC Tech Supply LLC ships all items following payment, within 1 business day. The exceptions are: an item needs additional handling/packaging or the provided shipping address is not valid.

• Shipments are typically made through USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground for big items.

• If an item listing includes shipping choices, you can select your preference during checkout.

• If you need overnight shipping, KC Tech Supply LLC can arrange this, but you need to request it before purchase.

• All items are carefully packaged carefully to protect against damage during shipping.

• Recycling: To help protect the environment, we use recycled boxes and packaging materials. This reuse means your item may arrive in a box that once contained a different item. Recycled packaging save you money because we can ship more cheaply and charge less for our items.

• All packages include tracking numbers posted to the eBay system when the shipping label is created.

• International buyers & shipments: KC Tech Supply LLC will ship internationally via eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP).

• Item shipping costs are estimated for the contiguous USA. KC Tech Supply LLC can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, but UPS shipping costs may increase. Please request shipping quote for these 3 locations before purchase.

• Make sure that you read the listing description before you bid. Many of the problems buyers and sellers encounter are the result of misunderstandings about what is for sale and the terms of the sale. For example, some sellers only want to sell to bidders who live in a certain country. Only bid on or buy an item if you can meet the requirements described in the listing. If you bid on an item and you don’t meet the seller’s requirements, we consider that unwelcome and malicious buying.

• IMPORTANT: According to eBay?s policy,  You must pay for any item you commit to buy. Each bid you make is a binding contract to buy the item if you win. The same is true for Buy It Now purchases. Not paying for an item after you agree to buy it has negative consequences, explained in eBay?s unpaid item policy.

• You can only retract a bid under specific circumstances. For example, if you meant to bid $10.00 but accidentally bid $1,000.00, you can retract the bid. Even then, you need to bid the amount you originally intended immediately. Never use bid retraction to manipulate the bidding process. Bid manipulation is unfair, and it has serious consequences.

• “As-Is” merchandise: ?As-Is? items are listed as ?for parts or not working,? and have not been tested and are not guaranteed to be in working order.  

• Return Policy: KC Tech Supply LLC does not accept any returns. The exceptions to this rule are if an item is defective or it was broken during shipment. Any items listed as being in “as-is” condition or for parts, or ?not working,? are not returnable for any reason. Please contact KC Tech Supply LLC via eBay’s messaging system to request a return in the unusual circumstance of a defective or broken item. If you did not read the listing carefully or have buyer?s remorse, we will not accept a return.
