Obtaining the proper disk/flash drive for the OS is the buyer’s responsibility.
No COA means that the unit for sale does not contain the COA or Product Key needed to load an Operating System on the PC. Buyer is responsible for everything needed (COA and Install Disk) to load an Operating System on the unit.
If a PC (laptop and/or Desktop) reads “Hardrive Error”“Media Not Found” or “No Bootable Device Found” type of message on the screen.. this is not a defect in the unit. It means an Operating System needs to be loaded on the unit. Our units are sold/shipped with a completely clean/wiped Hardrive so the unit will give this kind of message until an OS is loaded.

This would make a great computer for office work, internet browsing, or general computing and are much more capable than Chromebooks and low-end laptops. The latest version of Windows 11 Pro is installed and fully updated. Libre Office, an open-source MS Office replacement, is also installed. Libre Office natively supports all Office file types (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, etc.) and does not charge yearly subscription fees as Microsoft now does.
This machine has plenty of RAM for multitasking and a quad core Intel i5 CPU operating at 3.30 GHz. The 500 gigabyte solid state drive offers ample storage space for all of your programs and media and boots up to 10x faster than traditional hard disk drives.
