Free shipping is only included for all orders to be delivered within the lower contiguous 48 states with the exception of PO Boxes and APO addresses. PO Boxes, APO addresses, and areas outside the contiguous 48 states will require an additional shipping fee.

We ship via USPS & FedEx, unless stated otherwise. 

We process shipments within 2 business days, Monday-Friday. If you purchase an item Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, your item will go out on the following Monday or Tuesday. However, delays may occur at any time so please understand if it takes slightly longer than that.

We package our items carefully with bubble wrap, peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes. In the case that your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately. Our Warranty:

Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for a replacement(pending availability) or full refund. After 30 days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us. Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 2-4 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required. Please contact us for full warranty details.

Problems caused by user error are not covered under this warranty, the buyer will be responsible for paying for the return label if they would like a replacement or refund. All refunds and replacements will not be sent out until the item is returned back to us first.

You may return your items for any reason within 14 days of initial delivery.

Special/custom order cannot be returned. Special/custom orders cancelled later than 24 hours after purchase are subject up to a 15% cancellation fee.

Exchanges are only available for 14 days from receipt, unless as otherwise determined by our technical staff.

Customer must report any visible damage within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, you cannot obtain a refund or exchange because of the visible damage.

All returned items must be approved by our service department before they are shipped back. You will be provided with a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) form to include with the package(s) via email.
