Condition: PC will go through our refurbishing process which includes but is not limited to, inspection, sanitation, data wipe, repairs, replacement, reassembly, installation, and quality testing prior to shipping. Warranty – item NON WORKING or NOT as described ?
We offer a 30 day warranty on all our computers/laptops. If you receive an item that is NON WORKING or NOT as described – please contact us and we will make it right. Please do not open a eBay dispute before contacting us – this affects our seller ratings. The unit may be perfectly functional when shipped – however during transit the memory/ hard drive/ processor can come loose. Our techs will be happy to assist and troubleshoot hardware errors over the phone.
Our preferred mode of payment is PayPal.
Please note that items can only be shipped to the verified shipping address that is submitted with your PayPal payment.
