A: Yes, we provide you with a genuine Microsoft product key and we are a authorized Microsoft installer.

Q: My computer is not working, what do I do?

A: Don’t panic, our techs are more than happy to help take care of it for you, ether phone, remotely, or via email. Just give us a call. Clink here to contact us.

Q: How can I reset my computer back to factory or the way you had it.

A: Simple, press F6 before windows 7 starts or press F8 before windows 10 starts. You can also call our techs to walk you through it as well.

Q: Where are you located?

Q: I want to return my computer what do I do?

A: First, check if it is past 30 days. Second, request a return by going to your purchase history and third, send it back to us at the address indicated. If there is an issue with the product please contact us before going for a return, we will try our best to resolve the issue right away .

Each unit has been dusted and cleaned from any debris.

CPU Thermal Paste was replaced with Arctic MX-5.

No additional stickers/labels aside from those placed by the manufacturer. No Product Key Label.

Exterior will be wiped with 99% IPA before packing.

We do not offer assistance or support for software-related issues, including but not limited to installation, updates, or errors arising from the software. Any technical support or troubleshooting required for software must be sought from the developer or appropriate technical support services.

4. Hardware and Device Installation: We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from installing or connecting additional hardware or devices to the refurbished desktop. This includes compatibility issues, damage to the desktop, or any operational failures resulting from such installations.

5. Data Loss and System Modifications: We are not liable for any damages, loss of data, or issues arising from changes made to the operating system by the customer. This includes modifications, updates, or any other alterations to the system that may affect its performance or data integrity.

Shipping address must match on eBay account. We do not ship to third party.

All items will ship within 1-3 business days after payment received.

We offer shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We do not ship any item via your arranged shipping/transportation company.

Economic Shipping will be the cheapest service available for your area. The service may take up to two (2) weeks depending on external factors such as weather, disruptions, backlog, etc.

We have no control on shipment once the item(s) is/are in the carrier’s hands. We will work with you to resolve any lost or damaged item along with the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

All items have a warranty of 30 days from day of received shipment.

Do not replace, modify, remove any parts or attempt repair on unit(s). Please contact us via eBay messaging for either return or exchange within the 30 days warranty period.

Some units may require software upgrade, firmware upgrade or even part(s) upgrade to be compatible for your needs.

Please contact us for the item specification before making the purchase. Some software, firmware and parts upgrade may not be compatible with the unit.

All return or exchange item must match the serial number that was shipped.

All return or exchange item must be received in the same or similar packaging materials used as received. No Exceptions
