There are a few scuff marks that are consistent with light use and the PC’s age. Note: This system was restored to its original Windows Vista Home Premium operating system. This OS is no longer supported by Microsoft and many other software providers.  Internet Explorer has been discontinued, so I have removed it and added the browser program, Chrome. Only an individual that understands how to use Windows Vista should purchase this computer. I will accept returns, but you will need to pay shipping charges.

• If you refuse a package or after the third attempt the package is sent back; we will charge a 20% restocking fee to cover return shipping costs.

Warranty Information

You get a 90-Day RTB Warranty with this purchase. This only covers hardware malfunction. Peripherals such as keyboards, mouse, Wi-Fi dongles, etc. are not covered by the warranty but we do ensure they are working and free from any damage when you receive the PC. This PC comes with a Warranty Void Seal. If that seal has been removed or tempered with, your warranty will become void.

There is no Software warranty on this machine. If you face any software problem after installing your own software on this PC, we will not be able to cover that under this warranty.

As you may appreciate, our responsibility is to have the PC delivered to you in fully working order, with all the programs and updates installed, as promised. However, we cannot verify and validate the source of your own software installations and therefore cannot cover that under our warranty. If you wish to have additional software installed, please let us know, we can do this for you professionally at an additional fee. 

Shipping: 

Usually we use UPS or DPD for our mainland shipping. For shipping to Northern Ireland or channels, we use Royal Mail Second class Service and it may take up to 5 working days. Buyer can contact us to pay extra for faster postage and we shall update their shipping accordingly
