This is a used Dell Optiplex 7070 Ultra, i5 8th Gen. It has 16 GB Memory, no hard drive, No OS. I tested by booting into the Bios only and will retest before shipping, no other testing has been performed. It was recently upgraded from a working, non-smoking environment. You will need to install a hard drive and operating system before using it.  It does not come with any cords or cables. Listing is for what’s pictured only. It has scratches and wear from use. It is dusty and could use a good cleaning.
