This Conex box based, expandable, portable home is perfect for permanent camp grounds, deer camps, living off the grid, she-shed/man cave or a perfect getaway place on your property. Comes equipped with water and electricity hook ups, has a shower, sink and toilet, two separated rooms with glass wall and doors. This comes as is, and does not have a built in-kitchen. This expands to approximately 20’x24’x8-9′. These are not exact dimensions, it could be a little wider. This is unit is new but we set it up at our location to take pictures. You may notice it in the pictures but we only set up half of the unit. You will be responsible for loading/off-loading and transportation of the unit to it’s new locationfor a separate cost.
