Warranty Length: 1 month

Warranty is non-transferable. Warranty starts from original date of purchase, the seller will provide Technical Support at no additional charge to you. Technical Support is limited to original hardware and equipment operating system software installed by the seller. This warranty covers the computer hardware against functional defects that are not covered by the original manufacturer. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as peripheral and/or software installation assistance. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ATTEMPTS WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTY.

You may return your items for any reason within 14 days of initial delivery.

Special/custom order cannot be returned. Special/custom orders cancelled later than 24 hours after purchase are subject up to a 15% cancellation fee.

Exchanges are only available for 14 days from receipt, unless as otherwise determined by our technical staff.

Customer must report any visible damage within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, you cannot obtain a refund or exchange because of the visible damage.

All returned items must be approved by our service department before they are shipped back. You will be provided with a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) form to include with the package(s) via email.

Please use original packaging if possible. If the item is not packaged securely, and upon delivery is found to be damaged as a result, no refund will be issued.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

RMAs are processed within 2 business days of delivery at our facility. Once your RMA has been processed, you can expect a refund or exchange shipment to be arranged within 3 business days. It could take an additional 3-5 days for funds to appear back in your account due to the varying processing time of different banks. If item is returned without a valid RMA number, we will be unable to process a return, exchange or refund.

Product Return Policy

• • Quality Assurance: As an R2V3 compliant recycler, we ensure products match descriptions, testing and inventorying each, barring some vintage items.
  • Returns: Contact us via eBay for any discrepancies or non-functioning products within 30 days of receipt. Full refunds are issued upon receiving and verifying the returned item. We do NOT offer partial refunds or exchanges for any reason. Please return the product for a full refund. 
  • Condition of Returned items. We follow the eBay policy regarding the condition of returned items. Each item is inspected carefully upon its return, Testing notes and physical description are checked against logs to ensure the item has been returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.  Items returned in a damaged condition may be subject up to 50% reduction in the return. A great example of this would be buying a motherboard from us that has documented as tested and working, the pins of the board have been recorded as intact but when the motherboard is returned, the pins are damaged from buyer damage, such as dropping a CPU onto the pin area. This board would be only partially refunded. The damage would be documented and the incident reported to eBay.
