Each part is tested individually for full functionality before being installed or used in a computer or laptop.

2. Cosmetic Quality

Each computer or laptop is inspected for cleanliness and cosmetic defects. Because these are refurbished items we only pass through items that will be 4 out of 5 stars for refurbished products. (4 out of 5 Stars means there will be some scratches or rubbing to the metal and plastic cases.)

3. Longevity

Our goal is to evaluate current technology and match the functionality of our refurbished products as closely as possible to new products being sold today.

Q. What product keys are included with my computer?

A. Your computer will include a new Genuine Microsoft Windows 10 COA and a product Serial Number.

Q. What accessories are included with computer?

A. Every computer we sell includes all necessary cables, product licenses, instructions and documentation. Laptops will come with Lithium Ion Batteries (Battery is not guaranteed to hold a charge.) The product description will list any additional accessories. If listed, included keyboard and mouse may not match brand of computer.

Q. How long will it take to receive my computer?

A. You will receive tracking information via email (the email address associated with your PayPal account) within three business days of purchase, and will be shipped fedex ground.

Q. Can I change shipping address after purchase?

A. Shipping address cannot be changed after purchase and must be a verified paypal address.

Q. What can you tell me about the monitor?

A. If a monitor is included, the size of your monitor is measured diagonally and is specified in the product listing. Brand of monitor may not be the same as the brand of computer.

Q. What type of computers do we sell?

A. We sell off-lease business and education computers than are business class. Business class computers are meant to last longer than consumer class computers.

WARRANTY

For functionality, this item comes with a one year warranty from TRACKING from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you. Please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist.

Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for an exchange (pending availability) or full refund. After 30 days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us.

We are unable to issue refunds for transactions older than 30 days, but will do our best to either repair your item or provide a comparable replacement.

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 2-4 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required. Please contact us for full warranty details.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, especially for returns and exchanges. We accept returns for 30 days following delivery. For items past 30 days, we do not accept returns.

We do not charge a restocking fee for items ordered in error or buyer’s remorse, however in those circumstances the buyer must pay for return shipping costs. When communicating with our team, they will provide you with a reference number for your return along with our return address.

If you want to return a purchase, the first step is to contact us by messaging our team via eBay messaging. If the return is approved, we will issue you a prepaid label through USPS or Fedex, which will include the reference number. Upon receiving the item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment source within 1-3 business days.

If you used a credit card on PayPal, the funds may take a few days to show up on your credit card statement. If you used your bank account on PayPal, the funds may be returned to your PayPal balance, and require your action. In the rare event that we do not have the full amount to cover the refund in our PayPal account at the time of processing, the funds will be pulled from our bank account, which this takes 4-5 days.
