Shipping Policy:
Free shipping is only included for all orders to be delivered within the lower contiguous 48 states with the exception of PO Boxes and APO addresses. PO Boxes, APO addresses, and areas outside the contiguous 48 states will require an additional shipping fee.
We ship via USPS & FedEx, unless stated otherwise.
We process shipments within 2 business days, Monday-Friday. If you purchase an item Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, your item will go out on the following Monday or Tuesday. However, delays may occur at any time so please understand if it takes slightly longer than that.
We package our items carefully with bubble wrap, peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes. In the case that your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately. All shipping claims must be submitted and approved by the carrier (USPS & FedEx) before a refund can be issued. We are also not responsible for any delays or damaged caused to the package during the shipping process. Typically, USPS & FedEx will pick up the item and packaging for inspection. If you have any questions please message us through eBay.
In the case a buyer from outside the contiguous 48 states requests a return or refund, the buyer will be responsible for paying for the return label.

Pick up orders:
If you would like to pick up your order, please mark your item for pickup shipping and then contact us. We do require at MINIMUM 1 business day prior to your preferred pick up time.

Our Warranty:
If a problem occurs, we are happy to help you. Please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist. Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for a replacement(pending availability) or full refund. After 30 days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us. Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 2-4 business days, depending on the issue or the extent of testing required. Please contact us for full warranty details.
Problems caused by user error are not covered under this warranty, the buyer will be responsible for paying for the return label if they would like a replacement or refund. All refunds and replacements will not be sent out until the item is returned back to us first.
