Regarding damage claims; Damage to merchandise during shipping has to be reported immediately to PC Survivors upon discovery. ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE SAVED in case they have to be submitted to the shipping company as evidence of damage. Customer is responsible for inspecting the product before signing off on it.

Warranty

We offer a 30-day from the day the product is received. We will be happy to refund or replace as needed. We first need to have the complete product returned to PC Survivors after which we will either replace or issue a refund (please see returns).

Returns or Exchanges

We will take back all Defective/Dead on Arrival items within 30 days from receipt of purchased item. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective (not noted in the original description of the listing), please contact PC Survivors within 5 calendar days of receipt, so that we can resolve any issues in a timely manner. We will refund ONLY if the entire order is returned.

Refund Policy:

• With-in the warranty period you are allowed to return an item for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover all shipping and packaging expenses.
• Any new sealed item returned “opened” will be charged up to a 50% restocking fee. To avoid this fee any new item must be returned still factory sealed.
• If you refuse a package or after the third attempt the package is sent back; we will charge a 20% restocking fee to cover return shipping costs.
• We will not accept any returns after 30-Days for a refund.
