Our Standard (2-4 working days) and Express (1-2 working day) delivery are for Mainland UK only. 

Non-mainland UK addresses include the following:

HIGHLANDS, IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, JERSEY, ISLE OF WIGHT and the following postcode areas AB31to>38, AB42to>56, BT>ALL, FK17to>22, G83, GY>ALL, HS1>9, IM>ALL, IV>ALL, JE>ALL, KA27to>28, KW>ALL, PA>ALL, PH5to>50, TR21to>25, ZE>ALL

All areas / countries outside of mainland UK please contact for postage cost before placing your order. Packages may need to be signed for, or if the courier decides, left in a secure location.

Please note that we do not deliver outside working hours, at weekends or Bank Holidays.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday. All orders were taken outside of working hours (and weekends) will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery time stated on eBay listings is approximate and not guaranteed.

Return can be done at buyer expense within 30 days from the purchase. Products return must be unused, in good selling shape.

Please contact us by e-mail or by phone before returning an item. The following information must be provided to avoid delays in refunds: Copy of the invoice | eBay user name | Reason for return | Contact phone number.

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department.

Green Plant Machinery LTD will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.

All deliveries should be checked before signing the Driver’s sheet to avoid any ‘damage’ claims being rejected. In any case, all damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our couriers. Any claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted. We are fully compliant with the Distance Selling Regulations
