FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

By default, combined shipments or ANY order heavier than 70LBS will be sent out using MOTOR FREIGHT / default freight company chosen by us unless a freight company is provided by the BUYER. We will advise ALL customers before using freight as we understand that freight can cause a delay in shipment. Please be aware that refusing to use freight for heavy shipments can cause damage to the items. We believe freight is the safest option and will protect your item as it is in transit to you. Within the first 30 days, we will send a prepaid shipping label to send the unit back for an exchange (pending availability) or full refund. After 30 days, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us.
