Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”; consequently, they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Defective Items: A customer must notify us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number & a Prepaid UPS Ground Shipping Label. All items claimed defective must be returned to be tested for the defect before a refund is issued or an exchange is sent at no cost to the buyer.
