The condition is New.  All houses are custom House Boats are built on 26ft. Long and sit on a 36 ft. triple pontoon construction. Each design offers a 10 ft. deck for outside entertainment. Shipped by truck or sea.

The pictures in all our listings are samples of our customer’s completed cabins. You need to pay complete attention to the floor plan which is photo #1 in each listing.  The price shown is for that particular floor plan completely built  – NOT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PHOTOS. Each Floor plan also comes with a set of options/amenities which are included with that particular cabin floor plan and are listed directly on it (the floor plan). All our photos are of what prior customers have done with our floor plans and no particular photo goes with a particular floor plan because the interior of the cabins could hold just about any floor plans we have.

The process is as follows: #1) You would first pick the cabin floor plan you want. #2) You would then pick all your exteriors (siding and roof colors, etc.) #3) You would then pick your interiors (walls, floors, etc.) #4) We then build and complete the cabins per each order. #5) Upon completion we then ship the cabin to our customer’s completely prepped properties, ready to be hooked up to the property’s utilities, water, sewer, etc. Safe Room Designs does not do any property work (i.e.,  landscaping, etc.) whatsoever.
