Selling as a bundle because WC GC #7 doesn’t have a creek running through it anymore due to mudslides that happened in the area after a wildfire a few years ago. The creek bed at WC GC #7 is fully exposed now, easy digging but to process the material you need to haul it to the nearest water source which is at WC GC #6.
