Shipping is via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. We are open and ship Monday through Friday (except holidays). All orders will be shipped within two business days, usually the next business day. Orders over $750 will have a Direct Signature required on delivery. We  ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 & DC), as well as through eBay’s international shipping program. FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes. We can only guarantee delivery to the original address on your order. Please check the Return Policy section below if your shipment will be delivered to a freight forwarder.

– LOCAL PICKUP –

Local Pickup is available on all of our listings. Please make sure to select the Pickup option during checkout before you pay. You can pick up your order at our Durham, NC location as soon as the order is placed. No appointment necessary. Our business hours are 9:30AM to 5:00PM on weekdays. You must provide the Local Pickup code (QR or 6 digit) that eBay sends via email and Messages. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive a Local Pickup code after placing a Local Pickup order, as that could indicate an issue with the order.

– RETURN POLICY –

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase If – for any reason – you are not, please let us know via eBay message within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right or accept the item back for a full refund. We offer 30-day free returns on all listings. NOTE: We can only accept a return from the address your item was originally shipped to. If your item is shipped to a freight forwarder, we can only offer a return from that original address. Unless you are willing to ship the item back to the freight forwarder on your own dime, we cannot offer any return or refund.

– BATTERY INFO –

We inspect all laptop batteries to verify there is no swelling, and we measure the battery health to compare current charge capacity in watt hours (Wh) to the original design capacity. This percentage is mentioned in the listing. We will never sell a refurbished laptop with less than 60% original design capacity. We cannot guarantee future battery health, but there are steps that can be taken to avoid shortening the lifespan.
