Why Does Windows 7 cost more?
We try to be competitive in the market and provide services others may not include. Included in this small fee is the choice of either 32-Bit or 64-bit OS, and we also install all ESU (Extended Service Updates) on all our systems. PLEASE BE AWARE: If your devices or peripherals only have 32-bit drivers, these won’t work in 64-bit OS. 32-bit software will work on 64-bit OS but not 32-bit drivers. Please contact mfg for 32-bit drivers or 64-bit drivers.
Why Does Windows XP cost more?
Since Windows XP is an obsolete Operating System (OS), it is harder to acquire and install appropriate drivers for 1) Installation and 2) up to 90% functionality without errors or BSOD. While Windows 7 is obsolete as well, Drivers are easily to come by. We have expertise and programmers that install and validate the setup process; and this adds time.
What is Windows XP 32-Bit PAE?
This particular version of Windows XP has the PAE patch installed. PAE, or Physical Address Extensions, allows the operating system to see more than 4GB of RAM. This patch, which was ported from Windows Server 2003, allows the operating system to use all available ram for programs. This allows for more programs to be opened or running in the background. The drawback would be the program(s) is still LIMITED to 4GB under the 32-bit OS. This does not mean 64-bit programs can run under this operating system; only 32-bit programs.
If you need your programs to have access to more than 4GB or run 64-bit programs, please select 64-bit.

Can I have Linux installed instead of Windows?
Yes, you can.
We would like to accommodate our customers as much as possible. We have experience in installing and verifying Linux distros into our computers.
Previous customers have requested Debian or QubesOS to be installed.
Just chose your configuration with any Windows OS and, at checkout, leave us a message with the Linux OS of your choosing.

Shipping address must match on eBay account. We do not ship to third party.
All items will ship within 1-3 business days after payment received.
We offer shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We do not ship any item via your arranged shipping/transportation company.
Economic Shipping will be the cheapest service available for your area. The service may take up to two (2) weeks depending on external factors such as weather, disruptions, backlog, etc.
If you have a preferred shipping method, please select from the options.
We have no control on shipment once the item(s) is/are in the carrier’s hands. We will work with you to resolve any lost or damaged item along with the carrier.
RETURN POLICY
All items have a warranty of 30 days from day of received shipment.
Do not replace, modify, remove any parts or attempt repair on unit(s). Please contact us via eBay messaging for either return or exchange within the 30 days warranty period.
Some units may require software upgrade, firmware upgrade or even part(s) upgrade to be compatible for your needs.
Please contact us for the item specification before making the purchase. Some software, firmware and parts upgrade may not be compatible with the unit.
All return or exchange item must match the serial number that was shipped.
